How do I start using GeraVoice?

How does £0.04/min compare to alternatives?

How is a minute counted?
From call connect to call disconnect, rounded up to the nearest 6 seconds (Twilio-equivalent precision). No minimum charge per call. Failed calls (no answer, busy, voicemail) are not billed.
Are inbound and outbound the same price?
Yes — £0.04/min applies to both directions. Outbound carrier fees in some jurisdictions (premium-rate destinations, satellite numbers) add a small surcharge, always visible at checkout before the call connects.
How is this billed?
Monthly in arrears via Stripe metered billing. We tally minutes used in the calendar month and charge on the 1st. No upfront commitment, cancel any time — the usage dashboard shows live spend so there are no end-of-month surprises.
What languages and accents are supported?
40+ languages including English (UK/US/AU/IN), Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic, and Armenian. Accent and tone are configurable per agent in the dashboard.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract, no minimum spend, and no cancellation fee. Disable an agent in the dashboard and metered billing stops at the end of the current call.
